I had a really disappointing shopping experience. I ordered the ‘Hong Kong tall drawer unit’ because they promised delivery in 3-10 days, so I figured it would show up within that timeframe. Instead, it took a whopping 3 weeks for the item to arrive, and when it finally did, it was faulty. I reported the issue, but the after-sales support was pretty lackluster—just passing along the supplier's emails and acting like a silent middleman. When the replacement finally came, it was scuffed up pretty badly because of poor packaging. After waiting nearly 6 weeks, I reached out to them for advice on the scuffs, and all I got was another forwarded email from the supplier. No extra help or goodwill gesture for the subpar product and all the trouble I went through. Not recommended.

Michael was awesome in handling this and got it sorted out directly with the supplier, keeping me updated the whole time. I can't recommend this company enough and will surely be back for more.

The second one showed up all damaged. Then it was a real hassle trying to get my money back. Almost a month of pure stress. This business is a total joke. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. If I could, I'd give them a zero. Just plain awful.

I ordered a bed frame from Julian Bowen, and let me tell you, it showed up in a damaged box. I was a bit wary, but the delivery folks didn’t give me a chance to check for any issues. When I finally opened it, the right support on the headboard was completely shattered, making the whole thing unusable. I’ve tried emailing and calling, but no one’s getting back to me?? Just to keep you in the loop, after they sent a replacement, I ended up with another one that was also broken. Honestly, I regret buying from this company or Julian Bowen furniture. What a huge blunder!!
